External Event Registration — Invitational Travel Letter (ITL)

This form is only for people who are not members of the California Cadet Corps and have no HQ Portal account, and who need an Invitational Travel Letter (ITL) to attend a CACC event that its host has opened to external attendants: pending CACC applicants, non-members, guest instructors and other invited guests. An ITL invites you to attend — it does not authorize pay.

Do you have an HQ Portal account — an appointed CACC member, or a State Active Duty (SAD) member? Do not use this form — RSVP to the event on the HQ Portal Activity Calendar. Members get travel orders there; SAD members choose Internal ITL on the same RSVP form.
